Below you will find our general terms and conditions for booking and participating in our trips.
General
These general terms and conditions apply to all trips booked through Swedish Gofika Cycling Adventures ("Swedish Gofika", "we", "us"). By booking a trip, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and accept these terms. Together with your booking confirmation, these terms form the agreement between you and Swedish Gofika.
Booking
Bookings are made via our website or by contacting us directly. For a booking to be valid, the booking fee must be paid according to the payment terms below. A booking confirmation is sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
Payment
A registration fee of SEK 3,000 is paid upon booking. The remaining amount must reach us no later than 60 days before departure. If booking later than 60 days before departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation
For cancellations more than 60 days before departure, the full amount is refunded minus the registration fee. For cancellations 30–60 days before departure, 50% of the trip price is refunded. For cancellations less than 30 days before departure, no refund is given. We always recommend taking out separate travel insurance.
Travel insurance
It is each traveller's own responsibility to take out adequate travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, accidents and medically necessary repatriation during the trip.
Disclaimer of liability
Swedish Gofika is responsible for the trip being carried out as described. However, we are not liable for delays or deviations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes or government decisions. Participation in cycling and other activities is at your own risk.
Personal data
Personal data is used to administer the trip, process payments and inform you about similar services. Data is not shared with third parties beyond what is required for these purposes.
Changes
Swedish Gofika reserves the right to make changes to these terms. Changes take effect once published on our website.
